President & CEOVijayram Raghavan President & CEO

Vijayram Raghavan is the CEO and co-founder of TowerStrides. In this role, Vijay is responsible for the overall strategic marketing direction of the company, leading, planning and execution efforts. Vijay has over 20 years of Information Technology (IT) consulting and leadership experience in a wide range of vertical industries including government, telecommunications, healthcare and energy. His long background in technology provides TowerStrides with unparalleled insight into developing and fostering the company's key business relationships, and in identifying and creating solutions to our clients' complex technological issues.

Vijay has extensive experience in areas of business process reengineering, full lifecycle implementations, ERP Financials implementation and Enterprise Architecture and SOA Solutions.

Prior to co-founding TowerStrides Vijay spent over 9 years in a senior management position at Qwest Communications leading a team of technology professionals and overseeing the architecture of key telecommunication projects.

Vijay holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and Tele-Communications from Institution of Engineers and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from University of Madras.

Sanad Pushpakaran Chief Operating Officer

Sanad Pushpakaran is the COO and co-founder of TowerStrides. In this role, Sanad has profit and loss responsibility and service delivery oversight for all TowerStrides programs. In addition he is a key advisor to TowerStrides' CEO on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and makes recommendations on major business decisions. He ensures effective and efficient delivery of TowerStrides' services, developing the organization's strategy/mission statement and instantiating it throughout the delivery organization. His role includes ensuring program staff possesses the requisite skills and experience to perform contractually-mandated work, as well as administering Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction initiatives.

Sanad offers more than 18 years of experience in transforming enterprises through the strategic use of Information Technology. He has worked as an executive, building technology services at GE and Qwest communications and as an IT consultant on Federal govt. projects for agencies like U.S Dept. of Veterans Affairs and U.S Dept. of Health and Human Services.

Sanad has broad General Management experience and deep expertise in all aspects of the System Implementation Life Cycle - from IT strategy through Process Design, Architecture, Software Development and Implementation.

Sanad holds a BS in Electronics and an MS in Computer Science from the Virginia Tech.

Barry Wells Jr. Vice President - Service Delivery and Operations

Mr. Wells is the Principal/Client Executive responsible for Service Delivery and Operations as well as the growth and expansion of the TowerStrides footprint in the Federal arena.

Mr. Wells has over 20 years of experience in program management and executive level client relationship management. He has extensive knowledge in information technology consulting programs, capability delivery management models, business process optimization and velocity management in Fortune 500 environments.

Prior to joining TowerStrides, Mr. Wells was Principal/Client Executive at Customer Value Partners (CVP) an award-winning Business and IT consultancy that specializes in collaborating with Fortune 500 and public sector clients to accelerate their business performance. Previous to Customer Value Partners, he was Managing Director/Vice President at ICOR, a management consulting firm specializing in strategy and execution performance. Before joining ICOR, Mr. Wells was the Senior Vice President of Sales for Conquest Systems, Inc., a software development firm that specializes in Business Intelligence solutions. At Robbins-Gioia, LLC he held several executive level positions including Senior Vice President of the Commercial Solutions Division and Vice President of the Industrial Operations Division where he managed teams across the country that provided project management support and analysis for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of our nation’s war fighting equipment (Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps). Mr. Wells also led a team of high powered consultants in conducting an in-depth assessment (Rapid Exploration) of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Program.

Mr. Wells holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia State University and is also an APMC graduate of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU)
