Earned Value Management (EVM) Implementation

Earned Value Management (EVM) is widely used in the industry as a project management control technique that helps to objectively and succinctly identify how a project is executing against the baseline plan, and provides forecasts as to how it will finish.

Understanding the metrics that will affect a project delivery—such as technical, schedule and cost performance enables us to anticipate potential challenges before they happen and take remedial action before they occur.
